Housing Rehabilitation
SIHA regularly seeks competitive grant funding to finance home improvement programs for Pueblo Members. Usually, the funding available in the government programs is limited to serving households earning 80% of the median family income. This income threshold is quite high and many San Ildefonso households qualify for these programs. However, Members should be aware that income restrictions do apply to most programs and some households cannot receive home repair services from SIHA because their earnings exceed the 80% income limit.
